Mexican Casserole

1 Ib. ground beef
2 pkgs. yellow rice
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Cook yellow rice and add to ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted. Also good for a dip for corn chips.
